My Practice

I offer clients a relaxed, calm and confidential space where you can talk to me Face Face, Online or by Telephone.

I work in the central part of Southampton and in Wellow in Romsey enabling me to cover a wide distance for face to face work.

I can help you with a wide range of concerns which may include; Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Domestic Abuse and different types of Trauma.
