Professional Body

I am and have been a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) For some time now. I am currently working towards my accreditation.

I am also a member of the Hampshire Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (HACP)

As a counsellor it is ethical for a counsellor to be with a professional body. This is to ensure that we are adhering to the rules and regulations that is expected of all counsellors. It also shows we are working in the best interest of you as our clients.

    Hello, I am trained in Gestalt counselling, I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Person centered too. This means I am able to adapt to the clients needs. I would say that my biggest teaching is life experience which enables me to have the empathy to help you with what it is you are going through. I will walk side by side with you enabling you to find the answers you need or resolve the issues that have arisen or that you are afraid of arising. My Goal is to ensure you receive good counselling.
